He now works with a small number of founders as a fractional CEO or Chief Strategy Officer, helping them build companies that grow without them and sell for what they're worth.

Rhianna deCosier is the Chief Operating Officer responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple businesses, with a strong focus on real estate investments and retail management. She handles everything from tenant relations to financial oversight, while also supervising staff and guiding key business decisions.

In addition to her work in real estate, Rhianna plays an integral role in the operations of a women's clothing boutique, helping drive its continued growth and success. She is passionate about creating efficient systems, supporting teams, and making strategic decisions that move the business forward.

Outside of work, Rhianna is a proud mom of three who loves spending time with her kids.

Caitlyn Bengele is a go-to-market strategist and business development leader focused on helping modern software companies accelerate growth in rapidly changing markets. With a background spanning GTM strategy, customer acquisition, market positioning, and revenue growth initiatives, she specializes in helping organizations align their messaging, operations, and buyer experience to drive measurable business impact.

Caitlyn is passionate about helping companies adapt to evolving buyer behavior, strengthen their market presence, and build scalable growth strategies that create long-term momentum. Her work blends strategic insight with hands-on execution to help businesses close the gap between vision and market performance.

Mariena Jackson is an accounting professional with over six years of experience across both public and private sectors. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University and brings a well-rounded, practical approach to financial management and reporting.

Outside of her professional work, Mariena is a dedicated wife and mom of two, balancing her career with a strong commitment to family.
