Why Growth Raven exists
Most founders hit the same wall. The company grew because you did everything. Now it can't grow because you do everything. I've hit that wall more than once across 15 companies. Growth Raven is how I help other founders get past it faster than I did.
How I work
I join your company part-time as a fractional CEO or Chief Strategy Officer. I sit in the leadership meeting. I own outcomes, not slide decks. When the company can run without me, I've done my job.
